The company FUERCAN, S.L. has commissioned SISTEMA INGENIERIA to design an “OCEAN OUTFALL FOR DISCHARGING BRINE FROM THE DESALINATION OF SEAWATER IN CAÑADA DEL RIO”.

The project consisted of designing an outfall 400 mm in diameter for discharging brine into the sea. The total length of the outfall will be 1,271 m, of which 496 m will be on land and 775 m underwater.

The effluent parameters at the discharge mouth are 251 l/s at level -11.00.
